We are delighted to have made the shortlist for the BIFM Awards 2018 in the ‘Innovation in Products and Services’ category.
Innovation in Products and Services
> Any Junk
> Autonomous FM, An FM Integrator
> ENGIE, Robotic Process Automation
> Innovation Gateway
> Pod Point, Array Load Balancing
Our submission highlighted the positive change we are bringing to future facilities management through our independent integrator model. Our goal is to put clients back in control by future-proofing their assets and FM strategy through the use of emerging technology, big data management and ethical contractor management.
Following the collapse of Carillion and the diminishing trust in large outsourced contracts we offer a solution that negates all risk and uses advances in technology to provide visibility and transparency, encourages greater SME engagement and builds back trust in the client/contractor relationship.
Gary Barbour, Autonomous FM Director, said: “We’ve known for a long time that there is a better way to manage FM, to benefit both clients and contractors.
“In the last two years, Autonomous FM has embraced new technology and adopted a new way of thinking that aims to make the playing field equal, creating a true partnership for everyone involved in FM delivery.”
