  • The deployment of mobile apps is a particularly useful way for Facilities Managers to increase engagement with their customers – it allows you to place FM services directly into their hands – wherever and whenever they need them.
  • As part of our mobilisation, we create unique apps that are tailored to reflect what’s important to you and your customers. You may wish to incorporate external links to concierge services or taxi bookings for example, or allow building residents to know when their packages arrive, or simply allow your customers to interact with mobile engineers, and monitor travel time, job start and completion times. Another useful feature is ‘Geo-fencing’ which allows you to target specific messages to building occupants in a particular location, for example, you may wish to inform the occupants of a particular building or campus that there is a power cut – these messages will be sent to the smart phones of those affected people only, without unnecessary distractions to those unaffected.
